Welcome to yet another post this week. The book I read in last two weeks is “The Pilgrimage“ by Paulo Coelho. I had no clue in terms of what to expect nevertheless I wanted to try out his other books and not just his best selling book “The Alchemist“. Now that I read this book, I would like to share few lessons it offers after performing the 10 exercises however I will not elaborate the exercise steps.

The Seed Exercise: This will free you from the burdens that you have created in your life
The Speed exercise: When you are moving toward an objective, it is very important to pay attention to the road. It is the road that teaches us the best way to get there, and the road enriches us as we walk its length.
The Cruelty Exercise: The only way we can rescue our dreams is by being generous ourselves. Any attempt to inflict self-punishment no matter how subtle it may be should be dealt with rigorously. In order to know when we are being cruel to ourselves, we have to transform any attempt at causing spiritual pain into physical pain. By transforming a spiritual pain to a physical one, we can learn what harm it can cause us.
The Messenger Ritual: The messenger is a spirit that ruled the forces of the earth and often used in magical operations. We can use the friendship of the messenger as a means to improve my work and my dealings with world.
The Water Exercise: Water is a fluid element, and it does not allow itself to be controlled easily. But water, little by little and in nonviolent way, is going to build a new relationship between you and your universe.
The Blue Sphere Exercise: This is the manifestion of the great love that goes beyond the day-to-day struggle; it reinforces and invigorates, as it provides energy and peace.
The Buried Alive Exercise: Although all of us have some idea of death, we do not see that death is only another manifestion of agape. After this exercise, you will practically lose your fear of death.
The RAM Breathing Exercise: The entire universe about you will fall into harmony with you and come into your heart.
The Shadow Exercise: The only way to make a right decision is to know what the wrong decision is. You have to examine the other path, without fear and without being morbid, and then decide.
The Listening Exercise: Everything is contained in sounds - the past, the present, and the future. The person who does not know how to listen will never hear the advice that life offers us all the time. And only the person who listens to the sounds of the moment is able to make the right decisions.
All these exercises will definitely ponders its benefits if followed accurately. And let us share its positivity and shine through the universe.
