Hi All!! Hope you all had wonderful weekend!! Last week, I have been reading the most famous book titled “Limitless“ by Jim Kwik. I got introduced to this book by my fellow LinkedIn connections. This book is so intense that I will definitely had to read the book twice. The book is an absolute stunner in terms of its contents, and it engages the reader with interesting facts.

The books started with an introduction where the author explains what the readers can expect out of this book.

The book is later divided into 4 parts:

Part 1 : Free Your Mind

This part of the book starts with how we can start believing and becoming limitless. The power of being of being limitless and how your brain works. The whole part of this book is illustrated by his real life childhood stories which keeps us engaging. In addition to that, the author introduced the 3 concepts: Mindset, Motivation, and Methods.

Part 2: Limitless Mindset: The What

This part of the book starts with explanation of the pre-existing beliefs and how it can effect us. My personal favourite section of this part is the chapter “The 7 Lies Of Learning” the author list the 7 lies of pre-conceptions in our society and what are the real ground facts.

Part 3: Limitless Motivation: The Why

This part of the book revolves around the motivation behind on limitless thoughts. The book refers to another book “Start With Why by Simon Sinek“. The whole part explains the purpose, energy, small simple steps, and flow.

Part 4: Limitless Methods: The How

This part of the book is true legit. It focus on the method to excel on Limitless thoughts. The part starts with focusing methods and techniques. The author emphasize the importance of concentration and techniques to improve. Also, the part explains how to study, memorize, speed reading, and thinking. The chapter related to thinking explains the ‘six thinking hats' and how to make a decision based on your thinking is integrated in the passage.

Overall, this book is full of Limitless content that invokes the reader to participate in several exercises and facts.
